Cheerio Young Man, Good Day Mr Middle Age…

After a recent week night visit to a student night at a nightclub I confirmed something with myself…

I. Am. Old.

Although my youth is well and truly gone I’m not bitter about it – I have a lot of great memories.

Simply, looking at the above photo from my youth makes me think of those times and once I’m done being embarrassed about the way I looked I soon start to smile and remember the good times.

Weekly Photo…

This post was part of the weekly photo challenge hosted by http://dailypost.wordpress.com with the theme Gone but not forgotten.

“In today’s challenge, show us what “gone, but not forgotten” means to you. It could be a photo of a faithful canine friend who’s chasing squirrels in a better place, a spot in your city, town, or village that reminds you of a relationship now over, a talisman that reminds you of something that you can never get back, a photo of you in your smashing 70s silver lamé jumpsuit, or the crumbs that remain from the delicious cheesecake you baked.” Krista, Daily Post

    1. 6-0? Are we supposed to fill in the missing digit haha. Thanks for your comment and I am still young in my brain as in I talk nonsense the whole time which you’ve probably noticed by now on my blog 🙂

      1. My stairs appear to be spiral too. Usually on a Friday night after a bottle of wine. My bed also seems to grow extra sticky out bits and my socks somehow are glued to my feet. Lol. Maybe that’s just me…
