A Word A Week Challenge: Behind

This week’s word for the challenge is Behind.

When I saw this I was so pleased! The more and more I have been looking back through photos I have taken it seems I have a “knack” for capturing people from behind. I had been doing this without really realising it. They are also some of my favourite shots.

The first one is of a random lady sitting on a rock at Torry Battery, Aberdeen.

The next two were taken at Aberdeen beach in March 2012 – which was one of the nicest days of that year!! I loved how shiny the man’s suit was in the 2nd picture…not the normal outfit to be wearing at the beach on a sunny day.

This one is me at Johnshaven, Aberdeenshire. I think it looks like I am about to be beamed up by a spaceship’s teleport.

This one also features in the Blurry challenge but I really like it so you’re seeing it again 🙂

This one is Greg on our balcony at Marina Suites – the best holiday ever!

This is at Dunnottar Castle (inspiration for Brave and the Windows 7 wallpaper)

I’ve already shared this one in the weekly photo challenge, Infinite, but again because I love it – it’s shared again 🙂

Finishing on a touch of humour, this one was taken in Edinburgh when we went to see Madonna in concert at Murrayfield. When looking at the photo it reminded me so much of the Wizard Of Oz…“they’re off to see the Wizard….” so I tinted the whole picture yellow. I think it’s ace.

I’m sure I must have a lot more of this “style” but I haven’t stumbled across them again….yet. I’m also sure I will take more! Thanks for looking and I really appreciate any comments you leave.
